Situated in the hills and forests of Le Perche close to the river l'Huisne, this traditional stonel longère stands in a garden of rose bushes and fruit trees. The farm dates from the 17th century and lies down a quiet country road near the picturesque village of Saint Germain des Grois and is only 2 kms away from the train station of Condé sur Huisne which provides a direct train to Paris.

Surrounded by its own orchards of fruit trees, hedges filled with roses and birds of all kinds; one can experience the sensation that nature is truly within one's reach.

The accommodation in the house consists of a living room(living space tastefully furnished with antiques), dining room, kitchen, downstairs bathroom and toilet., one bedroom on the first floor with ensuite bathroom and 3 big barns which can easy be converted to living space. Upstairs are three bedrooms and a bathroom and seperate toilet. To the front and rear of the farm are spectaculair vieuws over the country side of Le Perche across rolling pastures and woodland. As mentioned before the house dates from the 17th century and is constructed from stone and oak and has been renovated to modern standards.
